On Stage Gymnastics Club - Our Policies
Staff Policies
On Stage Gymnastics will at all times follow all staffing, coaching, and syllabus guidelines as laid out by Gymnastics Ontario. All coaches have completed the Safe Sports & Respect In Sport modules as well as required training by Gymnastics Ontario.
Payment Policies
At On Stage Gymnastics, our programs run on a monthly basis. Fees are charged the 1st of each month and charged directly to the credit card on file. All accounts must be kept in good standing and paid in full each month.
Refund / Cancellation Policies
Classes are non-refundable after the 1st of each month. If you wish to drop a class, you must notify us via email no later than the 15th of the current month to avoid further charges.
There are no refunds for missed classes. In the case of inclement weather or other unexpected class cancellation, we will strive to schedule a makeup class in a timely manner.
Age Cut Off Policies
Registration is based on age as of October 1st. Athletes are eligible to move up to the next age group as soon as they have their birthday, and will be given priority waitlist status to do so.
Our schedule has been created to ensure this age-up policy is convenient and seamless for families, with most instances not requiring a change of day or time. For more information on aging-up through the program, click here.
Waitlist Policies
Athletes can be on ONE waitlist at a time. Currently registered athletes who wish to advance into an older class will be given priority on each waitlist. Once you are contacted about a class spot opening up, you will have 48h to confirm before we move on to the next athlete in line.

Drop off and Pick Up
It’s important to pick up and drop off participants on time. If you anticipate being late, please call the gym (519-273-2964), and we will do our best to accommodate. Please be respectful of our staff, as leaving work on time at the end of their shift is important.
Parent supervision is required in the viewing lounge prior to the class start time. No early unsupervised drop-off is permitted. Siblings not attending a class must be supervised in the facility at all times.
Athlete Participation and Safety
On Stage Gymnastics prides ourselves on our inclusive facility and our ability to welcome everyone. To ensure a safe and positive environment for all athletes, students that require one-on-one assistance to participate safely are required to have an aide accompany them to class. Our staff are trained gymnastics coaches but do not always have the required certification or education to accommodate all needs. If your athlete may require assistance or have additional needs, please contact the gym upon registration so we can all prepare before their first class.
On Stage Gymnastics reserves the right to discontinue an athlete’s enrollment should it be determined that we are unable to appropriately and safely support their needs.
